Here at Kate Mackenzie Events we understand that for a charity or fundraiser it can be challenging for you to design and deliver unique events year on year that attract attendees or participants and encourage individuals or businesses to part with their money.

We work with small to medium sized charities who have a need to outsource all or part of their event management. By bringing us onboard as an extra resource we work with charity clients to create and deliver exciting and engaging events to help them to meet their annual budget or fundraising target. We let our imagination run wild; from decadent 1920’s style or Hollywood style glamorous balls to indoor beach parties or family fun days with real donkeys or speakers dinners with a twist we can plan them all and more besides.

We also work with individual fundraisers or groups who are wanting to put on a fundraising event. We use our experience and creativity to design an event that will attract attendees, encourage guests or participants to give or raise money and ensure that the event is delivered perfectly every time. We take the stress and strain of planning and delivering an event away from our clients.

We also write sponsorship packages for events and help clients to broker sponsorship deals with warmed up leads. Many businesses have a corporate social responsibility policy (CSR). Rather than a simple donation to a nominated charity we actively encourage businesses to think about using their CSR budget to sponsor a charity event – in the process enhancing their company profile and putting themselves in direct contact with their target audience.

We can also help clients to market their event and generate PR as we work with strategic partners in the PR and marketing sectors.

    I had the enormous pleasure of working with Kate Mackenzie during the run up to the Factor 50 Charity Ball in May 2013.  I had a lot of ideas as to how I wanted the room to look, just no idea how to put it all into place.  I handed the reins to Kate and she took complete control.   She liaised with the venue, all suppliers, was there herself on the day from first thing in the morning, checking that everything was going according to her plans!   On the evening she was there before the guests, doing her final checks. Kate is utterly unflappable.   Even when the day before the event I realised I needed to put an extra table in, she dealt with it in her stride and completely removed the stress from me! I would recommend Kate for any event, however big or small, her attention to detail is astonishing.   Over 300 guests had a perfect evening and I will certainly be using Kate for my next event.
